I've been in love with the simplicity and efficacy of green smoothies for about 5-years now. Why? Because eating three servings of greens and two servings of fruit every day isn't always easy to do. We live in such fast-paced world and, for me, there's nothing like slowing down a bit to enjoy one of my three green beauty smoothies.

My Chocolate Lovers Smoothie is perfect for those of you who, like me, adore their dark chocolate! This decadent smoothie is not only a chocolate lovers dream come true because of the flavor but it will have also your skin glowing from within. The flavanols in raw cacao powder act as antioxidants that provide sun protection. Raw Cacap also evens skin resulting in a healthier appearance and feel. The raw cacao isn't the only secret weapon in this green beauty smoothie. The spinach, chia seeds, strawberries and walnuts boost your green smoothie with iron, fatty acids and Vitamins B, C, A, and K all of which are known to promote healthy skin.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 2 TBSP Raw Cacao Powder
- 1/2 Cup of Strawberries

It is a favorite of mine not only because it tastes like a tropical getaway but because ingredients like papaya, mango, almonds and coconut oil make it the ideal smoothie for sun kissed skin. This smoothie is packed with iron, Vitamins A, B, E, and K. It's also rich in antioxidants that defend against sun damage and free radicals. Lastly, it aids in moisturizing and clearing your skin while reducing under eye circles and wrinkles.
- 1 Cup Spinach
- Handful of Almonds
- 1 TSP Coconut Oil
- 1 TSP Ground Flax Seeds
- 1/2 Cup of Mango
- 1/2 Cup Papaya
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Water
- Top with 1 TBSP Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
Orange Creamsicle Smoothie Recipe
